T-BUG 2011 Conference

Welcome to online registration for the T-BUG 2011 Conference. The conference will be held November 10 and 11, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency North Dallas, 701 East Campbell Road, Richardson, Texas 75081.

Pre-conference will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at The University of Texas at Dallas, 800 West Campbell Road, Richardson, Texas 75080.

Hotel rooms have been reserved at the Hyatt Regency North Dallas. If you require hotel guest rooms, you must register directly with the hotel at 888-591-1234 or on-line at www.northdallas.hyatt.com. Please mention that you are with the T-BUG Conference, group code G-TBUG, to receive the group rate of $85 single or double occupancy.

The conference fee is $250.00. You have the option of registering for a pre-conference workshop, at an additional cost of $60.00 per workshop.

Please note: Included in your registration is lunch on Wednesday for those attending a workshop; breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday. Plus a vendor reception on Wednesday evening and a special evening event on Thursday.

By registering for the conference, you will periodically receive information via email from the conference committee regarding the conference.

Electronic registration lists are available as a networking tool to participating exhibitors and sponsors to promote their involvement in the conference. You may receive one pre-show and one post-show email from eligible sponsors. Rosters will include your name, title, institution, address and email address. The data provide in these lists will not be given or sold to others.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: There will be no cancellations after October 24, 2011; however, your registration may be transferred to another member of your organization with no additional fee.
