Carlson Wagonlit Travel/Travelinc is the official travel coordinator for the workshop. You may call (800) 377-8138 to book your airline reservation after you have received your Confirmation Letter.
Please note: All registrants will receive specific hotel and complete workshop information once event logistics are confirmed. All registrants should plan to receive this information 30-60 days prior to the Workshop.
Registrants who must cancel their participation in the Workshop will receive a 50% refund of registration fees if the cancellation is received 60 days or more, prior to the commencement of the Workshop. For cancellations received within 60 days of the commencement of the Workshop, a 100% cancellation fee will be assessed unless the registration fees are shifted to another Workshop in France or Italy.
