Registration Information
The registration fee is $85 and includes all conference sessions, meals as indicated, and conference material. All participants must pre-register and payment must be received by June 4, 2010. It is very important that you review the conference program before continuing with the registration process as you will need to make session selections. The session descriptions and speakers are outlined in the program brochure which you can download at www.wycf.org or www.servewyoming.org.
Location and Lodging Information
All conference sessions will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn and University of Wyoming Conference Center. Conference packets with meeting room assignments will be available at the check-in table located in the Grand Ballroom Lobby. A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn. The rates start at $85 per night. To make a reservation call 307-745-5500 and ask for the Wyoming Philanthropy Days 2010 group room rate. The room block will be released on June 2nd.
