We must have a minimum of five confirmed enrollees before a class will run. If we are unable to enroll a minimum number of participants the class will be canceled. We reserve the right to reschedule the class or issue a refund.
If a registered participant is unable to attend a class, they may send another person from the same organization in their place. If they wish to cancel, they must submit a request in writing to: aligninfo@TheAlignTeam.org by the Monday prior to the class. If a written request is submitted by Monday a refund will be issued minus a $25 administration fee.
If the participant is registered for the entire program and decides not to attend a class, no refund will be issued for the individual class. If they choose to not attend more than one class, each class that is attended will be charged at the individual class rate.
Certificate Completion Policy
If a participant chooses to register for the entire program, they will have two years to complete all classes. They will need to register for all of the 2010 classes and contact Align at 307-772-9151 to make arrangements.
