This form is for registrants paying with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. To pay using a purchase order, select the "Purchase Order" payment option upon completing your registration. You will then be asked to supply the contact information of the purchase order recipient. The recipient will receive an invoice via email that will include specific payment instructions.
Registration is not complete until payment is received, and is contingent upon the conference having openings at the time your registration is received. The payer will receive an electronic receipt via email, and the attendee will also receive an email confirmation.
All cancellations must be made online through the link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations received through October 18 will receive a refund less $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between October 19 and November 10 will receive a refund less $100 processing fee. Cancellations after November 10 will not receive a refund.
