Welcome to online registration for the T-BUG 2010 Conference. The conference will be held October 22 and 23, 2010 at The Johnson Building, Hardin-Simmons University, 2200 Hickory Street, Abilene, Texas 79601.
Pre-conference will be held on October 21st also at The Johnson Building, Hardin-Simmons Unviersity, 2200 Hickory Street, Abilene, Texas 79601.
Hotel rooms have been reserved at the MCM Elegante Suites. If you require hotel guest rooms, you must register directly with the hotel at 888-897-9644. Please mention that you are with the T-BUG Conference to receive the group rate of $85 single or $95 for double rooms. You may also register on-line at http://www.mcmelegantesuites.com. The group code is 971. Shuttle buses will run from the hotel to Hardin-Simmons University throughout the day.
The conference fee is $250.00. You have the option of registering for a pre-conference workshop, at an additional cost of $60.00 per workshop.
Please note: Included in your registration is lunch on Thursday for those attending a workshop; breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday. Plus a vendor reception on Thursday evening and a special evening event on Friday at Frontier Texas! Where legends, history and adventure come together.
Cancellation policy: There will be no cancellations after October 1, 2010; however, your registration may be transferred to another member of your organization with no additional fee.
