Book a Room

This year the Save a Life Summit will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Riverwalk in San Antonio. Once you register, you will need to reserve your own room at the hotel.

Your credit card will be required to hold your room, but approved room rental charges will be migrated to the conference account when you check in. Two nights' hotel accommodations will be complimentary (Wednesday, August 24 and Thursday, August 25). Your credit card will be charged for any additional nights you wish to stay or incidentals, such as room service and in-room movies.

Cancellations

If you decide not to come, remember to cancel your hotel reservation. If you don't, the hotel will charge your credit card for two room nights, and you will not be reimbursed. You can use the links above to modify or cancel your room reservation.

Parking

The parking structure is located around the corner from the hotel at the intersection of East Martin Street and Soledad Street. Self-parking is available for a discounted rate of $12 per day, with in-and-out privileges.
