Business Development Day Exhibitor Information

Dear Exhibitor,

Thank you for exhibiting at the 56th National Retail Selling Show, Business Development Day taking place on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 from 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM in the Grand Ballroom at the Drake Hotel.

The BDD Exhibitor Kit (PDF) captures your booth's requests and information in the following areas:

  1. Electric needs
  2. Food Display Equipment
  3. Shipping Instructions
  4. Material Drayage
  5. Dry Non-Perishable, Frozen and Refrigerated Food shipping labels

For those of you who will need your food cooked or prepped, please refer to this Food Preparation Form (PDF) from the Drake Hotel. They will work with you directly on all food related requests.

Federated Group has chosen Sargon Productions for all booth set up, shipping and delivery of all freight to the Drake Hotel.

To ensure a smooth move in, please refer to the following critical dates and times:

June 15 Deadline to submit all order forms (electrical, food display equipment, shipping)
July 14 - 25 Shipments to arrive for all non-perishable and booth display materials to Sargon's warehouse
July 24 - 28 Shipments to arrive for all frozen and refrigerated items to the decorator's warehouse
July 29 Move in hours: 11:00 am – 3:30 pm in the Grand Ballroom

Eva Sitek will be accepting all electrical, food display equipment and communicating them to the Hotel. She can be reached at 847-632-8319. Sargon will be accepting all shipment and freight orders. Franz Schumaker of Sargon is available to answer any of your shipping and material handling related- questions at 847-774-3075. Finally, Tara Swift from the Drake Hotel will be coordinating any food preparation or cooking requests. She can be reached at 312-932-4333.

Booth Numbers will be assigned and emailed to all exhibitors on June 1, 2008.
