  1. Registration deadline is Friday, September 10, 2010. All hotel room requests made after this date will be contingent upon hotel availability only and may result in a higher rate.
  2. A separate registration is required for each colleague from your company who is attending the show.
  3. All hotel reservations, additions, cancellations, and changes must be made through the Federated Meeting and Event Planning Team by contacting Jennifer Hovland at 763-370-4931 or email jenny.hovland@fedgroup.com.
  4. The hotel room rate for single or double occupancy is $195 per night (plus 15.95% tax).Cancellation less than 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in two (2) nights' room and tax, and will be the responsibility of the attendee.
  5. Early departure prior to your scheduled check-out date will result in penalty charges and will be the responsibility of the attendee.
