Hotel Guest Room Rate Information
Federated Group has a negotiated group rate with the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter of $179/night plus 16.75% tax for the nights of November 4 & 5, 2009. It is necessary that all reservations, changes and cancellations be made through the Federated Group Meeting and Event Planning Team. To register, please complete the online registration form before Monday, August 31, 2009.
Early arrivals and late departures may be requested at our negotiated rate at the time the registration form is submitted and is based upon availability. Room cancellations received less than 30 days of your scheduled arrival date will be subject to a two (2) night hotel charge plus tax.
Hotel Guest Room Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee of one (1) night room and tax will be assessed to Guests checking-out prior to their scheduled check-out date.
Airport Transportation
Taxi: The estimated taxi fare from San Antonio International Airport (SAT) airport to the Marriott Rivercenter is $22 USD one way.
AirportExpress shuttle buses are available from 7am - 1am daily. Shuttle tickets can be purchased at the baggage claim area in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Shuttles depart for downtown hotels approximately every 15 minutes. One-way fare to/from the Marriott Rivercenter is $18 and roundtrip fare is $32. Prices are subject to change. Weather
The average temperature in San Antonio for the month of November will range from a low of 50 degrees to a high of 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Due to cooling systems in the hotel, please consider bringing a sweater or blazer to the events.
