- Registration deadline is Monday, August 31, 2009. All hotel room requests made after that date will be contingent upon hotel availability only and may result in a higher rate.
- A separate registration is required for each colleague from your company who is attending the show.
- All hotel reservations needs, including additions and changes, must be made through the Federated Meeting and Event Planning Team. For changes or cancellations, please contact Jennifer Hovland at 763-370-4931 or email jenny.hovland@fedgroup.com.
- The hotel room rate for single or double occupancy is $179 per night (plus 16.75% tax).Cancellation less than 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in two (2) night’s room and tax and is the responsibility of the attendee.
